The kitchen opens just after sunrise for hot beverages - with superior coffees, teas, and homemade
cocoa. Breakfast is served, buffet style, at 8:30 am in the main dining room. Andrea's zesty,
breakfast is prepared to delight and surprise you, using recipes from one of her cookbooks and whatever
looks good and fresh from the market.
If you have any special dietary arrangements, please discuss them with Andrea at the time you make your
reservation and at the check-in.
Either way, she intends that you enjoy a flawless experience!
Recently, I have received many requests for my cookbooks, The Resourceful Morsel, Mother's Morsel and Revisit The Morsel.
I was in the process of creating another, Morsel Beach, but I decided to combine all the recipes into one master tome
called "The Consummate Morsel". The Consummate is available now on cd! It will not be published as hard

You may also opt to enjoy your meal on the main patio while you bask in the marvelous Arizona panorama
and feast on
the magnificent views.
