The kitchen opens just after sunrise (as early as 6:30 am) for hot beverages - with superior coffees, teas, and homemade cocoa. Breakfast is served, buffet style, at 8:30 am in the main dining room. Andrea's zesty breakfast is prepared to delight and surprise you, using recipes from one of her cookbooks and whatever looks good and fresh from the market. |

You, of course,as my cherished guest, are free to inspect the kitchen at your leisure.)
