Both "Other Brother and the Skimmer Basket" and "Me and Jemima Pearl, The Butterfly Girl" were inspired by the magic and beauty of my home and gardens and my love for my grandson Andrew Heestand. Although, they are written from a child's perspective, I hope they include a gift of love and inspiration for people of all ages.
