Expanding the Solarium!
Above, you can see an older and newer photo of the old solarium. One day it dawned on Andrea that the solarium should stretch all the way across the south side of the house. It seemed so obvious.
Once the decision was made, it wasn't long before her vision became a realty.
In a twinkling, the room was indeed expanded to the full width of the house.
It wasn't long before the painters got to work and blended the new with the old.
Remember the old? It was a tiny little room.
And then the outside garden needed a makeover, so a fountain, new plants, and some flagstone had to be installed.
