BECAUSE I WANT YOU TO HAVE A STUPENDOUS VISIT, LET ME EXPLAIN HOW WE WORK . . .
I am now hosting guests seven nights a week! I open for check-in at 4:00 pm. If you are in need of a longer stay,
ask about my personalized weekly rates.
The kitchen opens each morning just after sunrise for hot beverages.
Enjoy breakfast buffet served at 8:30 a.m. in the dining room. If you have specific dietary needs, please discuss them with me at the time you make your reservation. I serve superior coffees, teas, and homemade cocoa. Hot beverages are available in the a.m. only.
Check-in is between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. at the front door; checkout is 11:00 a.m. Check-in as early
as 12:30 pm
may be arranged in advance at an additional cost of $50. Late checkout (1:00 p.m.)
is also available for $50. Please remember that if you request early check-in, we are ready for
you at 12:30 and you are responsible for the early check-in charge regardless of when you actually
arrive.
If you arrive after 6:00 p.m. or I am temporarily unavailable, you will find self check-in instructions on the
parking area gate. Simply remove and read your envelope and follow the self check-in map.
When you check in, leave your luggage in your vehicle. I will show you the easy way to bring it in. If you park
in my parking area before 4:00 p.m., please display your confirmation on the dash or other easily visible spot so
I will know you are a guest. (Parking is at a premium everywhere in Jerome!)
Bathrooms are supplied with extra towels, toiletries, hair dryers and the like. If an iron, a wine glass,
a bottle opener or anything else would make your stay more pleasant, just ask! For instance, for those of
you interested in really relaxing, an in-house massage is available by appointment at a rate of $75 for an ample hour.
Midnight snacks are on the kitchen counter and complimentary beverages are in the refrigerator.
Maid and laundry service are available on request.

Bedding and breakfast accommodation for additional guests in your suite is available at $45 per person. You may
invite visitors to join you for breakfast at a cost of $15 each, with 12 hours notice.
Pets are welcome with my prior knowledge and your close supervision so that we all have an enjoyable visit. Pet
rates are $45 per night.
The Best Darned Cancellation Policy Under the Sun!
At The Surgeon's House you never pay for something you don't get! None of us ever intends to cancel, but sometimes
we find ourselves in that situation. Let me explain my reservation and cancellation policy:
Cancellations within 4 days of your scheduled arrival are charged full rate and
a full duration of reservation to your credit card, AND
you are issued a gift certificate that is tranferrable and lasts for a full year . . .Yea!
HOLIDAYS/SPECIAL EVENTS CANCELLATION:
On the Holidays listed below we collect a $30 per night non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. Cancellations within 14 days of your scheduled arrival are charged full rate and full duration of your reservation to your credit card, AND you are issued a gift certificate, less your deposit, that is transferable and lasts for a full year . . . another Yea!
