Oo-la-la! The most important day of your life is coming and where do you want to be? What beautiful surroundings should envelop you? How about this?

The Surgeon’s House is a one-of-a-kind historic home perched at the “top of Jerome".   As an intimate and exclusive Bed and Breakfast, we are pleased to host weddings and receptions of up to 75 persons on our one acre property.    Our lavish gardens and Inn are the perfect romantic setting for an amazing Jerome wedding with all of the Verde Valley as your panoramic backdrop!

We have several options depending on the size of your gathering and your expectations so you may choose from two large garden yards, a mural patio, and a view veranda.   With all options, you have exclusive use of the Inn and its grounds giving you a unique Jerome venue where you, your families, and friends can get to know each other in a relaxed at home atmosphere.

WEDDING PACKAGES

Options 1 and 2 below include:

        2 night (the night before and the night of the wedding) rental of all 4 suites - double occupancy assumed,
          2 extra guests possible at regular additional rate.
        Complete site inspection prior to booking.
        All B&B amenities and services.
        Ceremony and reception (5 hours maximum, additional hours @ $250)
        Continental breakfast on day of ceremony.
        Nonrefundable security deposit required for rooms and venue at time of reservation.     $750
        Damage deposit refunded within 72hrs of check out if there has been no damage.    $300
        List of local service referrals.

Venue Option 1: Entire Inn and Grounds
  Up to 30 guests $3600
   30-75 guests $6000
Price includes:
  Use of 3 garden areas.
  Furniture as is.
  House staff cleans up.
  Powder room on 1st floor for wedding guests.
Excludes:
  Rental of any additional tables or chairs and set up.
  Caterer and any other unstipulated arrangements.



Venue Option 2:  House (First Floor) and View Veranda.

  40 guests maximum     $4500
Price includes:
  Furniture as is.
  House staff cleans up.
  Powder room on 1st floor for wedding guests.
Excludes:

  Use of gardens for ceremony or reception.
  Rental of any additional tables or chairs and set up.
  Caterer and any other unstipulated arrangements.

Venue Option 3: Small Ceremony only, up to 10 persons not including bride, groom, and officiate.    $1000

Price Includes:
   1 pm to 3:30 pm timeframe (no exceptions)
   Furniture as is.
   Choice of venues - House (First Floor), Gardens, or View
    Veranda
   Use of Powder Room for guests.
Excludes:
   Use of any additional tables or chairs.
   Reception

Venue Option 4: Intimate exchange of vows up to five persons including bride, groom, and officiate.  $650

Price Includes:
   1 pm to 3:30 pm timeframe (no exceptions)
   Furniture as is.
   Choice of venues - House (First Floor), Gardens, or View
    Veranda
   Use of Powder Room.
   Champagne or sparkling beverage toast.
Excludes:
   Use of any additional tables or chairs.
   Reception

A LA CARTE SERVICES AND COSTS

   Kitchen and utensil rental for self-prep or caterer (no dishes) 2 hours, house staff cleans up - $400
     (additional hrs @ $150)
   Over trash limit (5 large bags)     $15 per bag
   Additional cleanup required by house staff     $75 per hour

GENERAL GUIDELINES

   No pets.
   We provide parking for up to 9 vehicles.
   Guests must provide extras such as doorman, signs, parking instructions, and shuttle
      arrangements.
   No use of outside sound system or live music after 11pm.
   Guests responsible for delivery and set up of chairs, tables, and food.
   Main kitchen is closed during event. No snacks or beverages will be available.
   The refrigerator in the garage is available if minimal food storage is needed.
   House practices concerning breakfast time, locked doors, etc. must be provided to B&B guests
     BEFORE your arrival.
   No disabling of exterior watering systems, electrical attachments or other yard appurtenances.
   Cancellation or full balance due 2 weeks in advance.
   Liability waiver from hosting party.

   We are not responsible for inclement weather. If you have reserved the gardens for your event and choose to move your event and guests indoors, extra cleaning charges will apply at $50.00 per hour.

   All changes to event plans must be discussed as much in advance as possible and no later than 2       weeks prior to your event.
