The kitchen opens just after sunrise (as early as 6:30 am) for hot beverages – with superior coffees, teas, and homemade cocoa. Breakfast is served, buffet style, at 8:30 am in the main dining room. If your travel plans require an early departure, let us know the night before and we’ll have some wonderful sweetie, fruit, and hot bev ready for carry-out. Our zesty breakfast is prepared to delight and surprise you, using whatever looks good and fresh from the market and recipes from Andrea’s cookbook, “The Evolving Morsel”.
