We will establish a service agreement that both parties will acknowledge and accept.
Prices posted do not include sales tax.
Kitchen, kitchen refrigerator, and dining room are prime domain of Andrea and must be “breakfast ready” between 10:00 pm and 8:30 am. Please do not store anything there! She will share limited kitchen counter space and will gladly help you find options for additional food, snack and beverage storage space, so just ask.
We provide parking for up to 9 vehicles.
Guests must provide extras such as doorman, signs, parking instructions, and shuttle arrangements.
No use of outside sound system or live music after 11pm.
Guests responsible for delivery and set up of chairs, tables, and food.
Main kitchen is closed during event. No snacks or beverages will be available.
The refrigerator in the garage is available if minimal food storage is needed.
House practices concerning breakfast time, locked doors, etc. must be provided to B&B guests BEFORE your arrival.
No disabling of exterior watering systems, electrical attachments or other yard appurtenances.
Cancellation or full balance due 4 weeks in advance for all venue options. If you cancel within this time period, your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable to another person or time period.
We are not responsible for inclement weather. For option 1: A Rain Plan (alternate location or tenting) is required. For options 2,3 and 4 if you have reserved the gardens for your event and choose to move your event and guests indoors, extra charges will apply at $75.00 per hour for duration of the event and clean up.
All changes to event plans must be discussed as much in advance as possible and no later than 4 weeks prior to your reserved arrival.
