FLAGS AND FAUX

Now that the front porch has been regenerated with fill and a beautiful fresh coat of paint, we gave a gentle but good scrub to the faux mosaic. Soft brushes and touch as the rule of the day.

Since my sweetheart, the Capt., is French-born in Orlean, France, it somehow seemed apropos to honour his flag alongside of the Ukrainian flag that we have proudly displayed since the beginning of this Ukrainian atrocity. I am Hungarian and Jewish but Right is Right and Wrong is Wrong so Solidarity and Never Forgetting is critical to embrace compassionate evolution. Here we are now.

Did you know that France is the oldest democracy on the planet and that the Statue of Liberty was their gift to the United States of America as a sign of support for a new world democracy? And the Franch had lost all their young men in World War 1 so in World War 2 they fought in their famous underground. Viva La France and all countries that stand for RIGHT and JUSTICE for everyone!!!!
