Welcome to 2022! Early this month and year we ran into what has become an unusually plentiful vegetable haul from the food bank so we ‘set to roasting’.
Please don’t ever tell us stuff that you don’t mean because believe it or not, we really and truly do listen to YOU! Back in October one of our beloved guests mentioned if we had considered creating an extension of the handrailing at the top of the Reunited Resurrection garden staircase?
Other priorities caused a short hiatus in our garden garage fix but with the insulating complete, we are ready to move on to stuccoing.
I honestly canNOT describe my utter and thrilling delight when I realized the “Benedict reservation” was none other than OUR Benedict family . . .
Our next step in repairing the garden garage was to replace the front above the doors as well as fabricate new cornices – we call them ‘curlieques’ - as all but one of the originals was demolished by the carpenter bees.
As we trudge smartly on our way through the little garden garage repair, housekeeping is of the utmost so we enlisted Brian and his son to get rid of our debris so we can continue.
