“This was our first stay and certainly won’t be our last! Andrea is a lovely hostess and treated us like family. We stayed 2 nights and only left the property once! “For our first visit to Jerome, we looked at several possible overnight stays on Tripadvisor and chose The Surgeon’s House B&B, primarily because of its interesting website. Our pick turned out to be perfect, from the cordial greeting to the morning after breakfast when we departed. We booked the Chauffeur’s Quarters, which is a private room over the garage with a small garden and deck. The grounds are expansive and impressive, beautifully landscaped with magnificent views of the valley 2,000′ below, and we found several areas to enjoy a nice wine/cheese evening. There are 3 koi ponds on the grounds. The huge gourmet breakfast was delicious and the owner-hostess Andrea explained each portion. We highly recommend The Surgeon’s House, which is on the National Register and contains many beautiful historic interior decorations. Thank you Andrea and staff for a memorable visit!”
