A STEP IN STEWARDSHIP

Over the years you have heard me say (repeat) many things like,

“My home chose me.”

“I intend that my home continues magically along LONG after I’m gone.”

“No one will ever sell this home. The next right person will see her and be as enamored as I was.”

“I take the stewardship of my home, property, guests, and business very much to heart!

Over the last 34 years my property was up for sale only once when I had my Coconut Island vision but she didn’t sell, I got tired of waiting for ‘my man’ and the sale so I brought my Coconut Island to ME. After I made that mental and emotional perspective shift, I was so ecstatically happy, I took her off the market. Three years ago (FINALLY) my man, the Captain, arrived here on my Coconut Island.

Over the years, rumors have cropped up claiming she was for sale and some were pretty hysterical, completely out-of-the-blue.

Not so, now, as I am taking the next step in my stewardship . . . the same stewardship that has allowed my home and me to take mutual loving watch care of each other for all this time. We are looking forward to passing the baton to the next most divinely-guided visionary, who, when I am gone, will take this grand old gal into her next glorious era. It is time to lay that foundation for that bridge. A neighbor recently and most eloquently equated it to grafting a new exotic limb to an incredible, amazing, thriving creation, thereby adding to the beauty of the new amalgam. An apt likeness I believe.

We will be staying here and things shall remain as always. Serene – peaceful – tranquil – whimsical – and most importantly, waiting to see your beautiful selves and enjoy opportunities to serve you many more times. So, if you see or hear of the listing please rejoice and support us in this next evolution! All is better than WELL! Come see us again soon knowing that you are missed and held tenderly in our hearts always and forever, your favorite innkeeper, andrea at the surgeon’s house  xoxoox
