About 100 years ago the tv show Bonanza was all the rage, featuring the dad, his three sons, and their helper Hop Sing who together managed their huge ranch, the Ponderosa. Over the years, when guests would ask me how in the world I managed all ‘this’ I would jokingly respond, “Well its sort of like running the old Ponderosa but I haven’t seen that darned Hop Sing in all my years here!”

Always wanting to keep things fresh, new, and appealing for you, we have re-invented an old idea to offer you an incentive for a getaway with us and at the same time keep SOME SERIOUS DOUGH in your pockets – that is a big yea all around. Every so often, depending on what all is happening here on OUR old Ponderosa, we will be offering you:

A 20% savings from our regular suite rates (even more if you want to settle up in cash or check).
No breakfast service but hot bevs available as early as 6:30am as always.
Our usual liberal check-in (4-6pm) and check-out (by 11am) times and . . .
OF COURSE you are free to enjoy all the other amenities and luxury aspects that characterize EVERY experience with us.
