AND AWAY WE GO ON PHASE TWO

Perhaps we are still on the zenith-like high of the completed faux redux but for whatever reason the creative tsunami continues and Capt. Allen has launched into his unique but blended contribution to this masterpiece. Barely days after the completion of the redux, we are at IT again and boy oh boy does IT look exciting.

As the Capt. neared the end of his day, we were both over-the-top with how he transitioned the nearest black/white checkerborder.

Creation migrates and flows and as he paused on today’s work, he realized that we needed to change the large area within the checkerboards to reflect the original image of the large square background.

Let’s see what tomorrow brings as he paints over the grout lines he first placed and draws in a replica of the original. He will also catch the not-quite-looking-finished corner with the honey colour. What surprises await as this piece tells us what it wants its transformation to look like.
