On our mountain, we really notice how low in the sky the sun sits during the colder months and then we lose the sun behind the mountain earlier and earlier. The temperature seems to drop 20 degrees so we savor and diligently seek out those rays. We were lucky enough to catch this dove mid-flight and doesn’t she look heavenly?
There is something so alluring and intoxicating about the atrium at this time of year so bring a book, grab a drink and a throw, and settle in. Thanks to Jim McGill, a recent guest who obviously has a gift for light and composition, you can almost feel like you are here.
