Christmas Eve at The Surgeon’s House found us replete with equal parts fun, silliness, relaxation, magnificent company, and good eats to match! Casual at all levels with a menu mimicking what my family did throughout my childhood on the night of the 24^th – steaming crockpots of chowder and chili, cornbread melting butter and topped with honey butter, a handful of tempting side dishes, and ending with cobbler, ice cream, and cake. A hearty and heartfelt thank you to all who joined to make this night of happy anticipation most memorable.
