SAMHAIN BLESSINGS INSIDE AND OUT

Animal, Vegetable, Mineral – blessings one and all. With a glut this week of the ALL-TIME SWEETEST yellow peppers on the planet, we jumped at the chance to use them in as many ways as we could imagine. We roasted for a confit extraordinaire, roasted with celery and onions for an indescribable yellow pepper bisque, and even made both sweet and dill pickled peppers with zucchini and onions – one skull & crossbones wicked heat batch for just a handful of demon heat-loving eaters.

We fancied ourselves Del Monte with our heirloom crazy carrot offering.
