APRIL ACTIVITIES ABOUND AT TSH
Man, oh man are things ramping up with activity around here. Maggie McDonald and I are inching towards a month-end collaboration to repair and revitalize the faux mosaic that her mother and in-house TSH artist created way back when. Our goal is to find the happy place of weather and guest load to put in place this epic reno. Maggie and I have agreed on basic design and implementation aspects and are scheduling for month-end installation. I am beyond excited to be creating a multi-generational art feature.

We have upped the ante on keeping the javelina out and Joshua RE-created the gate up to the bees and the bird feeding station. He had to eat his Wheaties to wrestle this monster up there but it operates easily and we believe will ultimately deter pig entry.

We received a marvy spring blessing from the white lilac and the pear tree silhouetted against the crystalline blue sky and the fragrance was intoxicating. We are hoping for fruit this year.

What appears to be ‘overnight,’ The Youngster over the upper pond is teasing us with his almost blooms and the narcissus is standing tall. Every day more folks come to life in the gardens waiting for you to catch a glimpse.
